-Recalca indolencia de CFE, ASERCA y SAGARPA ante las necesidades de los productores
Chihuahua, Chih. Alfonso Blancas Vicepresidente de la Unión de Productores de Algodón (UPA), se expresa de la falta de interés del Secretario de la SAGARPA a nivel nacional en los temas que afectan a nuestra entidad, ya que no ha venido a conocer de cerca las diferentes problemáticas que tienen los productores.
Problemas como el que se tiene actualmente con la CFE, donde también hay indolencia de esta para estatal a las necesidades de una reestructuración real de las cuentas pendientes de muchos que por no tener el dinero suficiente han caído en deuda, por lo que pide se tomen cartas en el asunto, porque existe la ley pero no se aplica, dice, “tendremos que buscar ciertos esquemas que están en la ley y hay que presionar, tenemos varias administraciones tratando estos temas a diferentes niveles y no avanzamos, Comisión Federal de Electricidad esta insensible a todos los puntos que se le plantean”, esto porque los despepites, bombeo de agua, frigoríficos, etc. que necesitan electricidad y los productores que necesitan hacer uso de ella y están en problemas de deuda buscan un amparo ante los cobros y tarifas tan altas.
Otro de los puntos es el que hasta ahorita no se ha podido que el Secretario de Agricultura se digne venir a Chihuahua para que se dé cuenta de la realidad que se está viviendo aquí, “ellos no conocen Chihuahua, la mayoría de los funcionarios que manda no conocen las necesidades y el esfuerzo que hacemos en el campo para poder seguir subsistiendo y cada día estamos más acabados en nuestras finanzas y en nuestro trabajo y quehacer diario, todos los sectores estamos afectados, aparte de que tenemos funcionarios como ASERCA totalmente insensibles, no están desquitando su sueldo” afirma molesto dentro de la Reunión más reciente del Consejo Estatal Agropecuario de Chihuahua (CEACH).
Debido a esto hizo una petición a este Consejo para que de alguna manera se le invite o fuerce a venir al estado para que vea las condiciones en las que se encuentra la entidad, y no solo él ya que, expresa no han tenido la presencia de ningún funcionario que tenga autoridad para resolver los problemas, se les invita pero envían a personal sin poder de solucionar las necesidades.
